You can plot a story, revise a story, or analyze a story with Blake Snyder's Beat Sheet. SAVE THE CAT is for script writing, but authors use it for novels as well. Click here for the beat sheet as a Word doc and here for an excel file that converts script page numbers to novel page numbers.

Goal Setting ...

A simple monthly goal chart to note things that need to get done. I usually save the last box for things I want to get to next (or just eventually). 

Tip: Put it in a glass frame and you can use a dry erase marker! Might as well be eco-friendly too. :)
